Cantera Casta├▒era assures legality of Sariego barrier

Project to install dynamic barrier has been approved by local authorities.

{reg} Cantera Casta├▒era, an operator of the limestone quarry in Sariego, ensures that the installation of a dynamic barrier increases that security of rural settlements near the area.

According to a report by LNE, the project that has been presented to and approved by the Ministry of Industry is set to minimize the risk of rock movements in the areas near their operation.

The company states that City of Sariego has granted planning permission and that the Local Government Board on May 27, has empowered it to construct the facility.

The company ensures that dynamic barrier, albeit being far from the authorized area of operation is further enhanced by the presence of trees and road screens near the area.{reg/}
