Michel's successor to be announced in coming weeks.

{reg} Gilles Michel chief executive of the Strategic Investment Fund (ISF) will be leaving the company this fall to join industrial minerals and construction materials manufacturer Imerys where he is is expected to become CEO in 2011. Gilles Michel will be succeeding current Imerys CEO Gerard Buffière.

ISF was created in December 2008, to support the financing of innovative SMEs and to defend French companies deemed strategic, 51 percent of the company is owned by Caisse des Depots et Consignations (CDC), the rest of the company is owned by the French state. The company has announced that Michel's successor will be announced in the coming weeks. {/reg]
