The project will be implemented with the cooperation of SWAN, Blend's partner company from Pakistan. A MoU was inked between SWAN and Blend at Sindh Board of Investment (SBI) on Tuesday. Ms. Naheed Memon, chairperson SBI, stated that the collaboration will create jobs and at the same time render technological development to Sindh.
