Australia: Konecranes launches new low cost rope hoists

Equipment is lightweight, durable, with greater flexibility, reliability and safety on small or mid-sized wire rope hoists

The new design was made to fit almost every model of crane, with high-quality and low-cost in mind, reports Dry Bulk Magazine.

ÔÇ£Rope guides optimize the performance of wire rope hoists, by guiding the rope as it extends or retracts, making sure it's straight and not causing additional wear. They are an essential part of maintaining a long rope lifeÔÇØ, as Williams explains.

The new design is made to fit the majority of crane models, and it has a rigid construction, which allows it to withstand demanding environments and erosion from heat, wind or contaminants.

The new model can also be equipped with a variety of accessories and features, so it can be customizable.
