Sales are little behind the 36 percent seen in the same period last year, but above the five-year average of 14 percent. For the current harvest, almost closed, the commercialization reached 76 percent and showed slowness compared to the 71 recorded in May. In the period, the commercialization evolved little and the total negotiated of the 20/21 crop was below the percentage of the same period last year (89 percent).
