It was its highest since December 15, driven by a strong dry bulk market amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Operations from Black Sea were rescheduled and they couldnÔÇÖt proceed to load ports near Ukraine and Russia. The capesize index gained 386 points to 2,282 points.
