The tariffs for the icebreaking services of the Dixon vessel in the Rosmorport branch of Arkhangelsk will be changing, reports Port News.

The changes were introduced starting January 1, 2019 regarding individual icebreaking escorts and when providing towing services

They will also be applied for the provision of berths in the seaport of Arkhangelsk for the safe berthing of vessels without performing loading and unloading operations on them.
