In October, FOB prices for bulk ordinary Portland cement expanded mildly in the Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea region, while prices for prompt deliveries of bulk ordinary grade clinker had a single digit rise in the same period.

According to the report, East African CFR prices for bagged cement dropped by a marginal percentage when compared to the previous month.
