HeidelbergCement announced on Monday that it has decided to buy back the three bonds emitted on April 1999, January 2008 and October 2007. The total original nominal amount of the bonds was 1,78 billion euros. The Managing Board has approved the buy back up to a total nominal value of 200 million euros. Heidelberg will use available liquidity reserves for the operation.
