{reg}The head of Egypt's Federation of Industries, Engineer Mohammed Al Suwaidi, said most cement and steel factories halted production due to the lack of energy in the country, reports Masrawy.

Factories are currently operating at 20 to 25 percent capacity and, according to Mohammed Al Suwaidi, the problem currently has no solution.
