Pakistan cement exports decline

Outbound shipments decreased for the current fiscal year.

According to the data released by All Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association on Saturday, cement industry sold 26.14 million tonnes in local markets in the last fiscal year, posting a growth of 4.32 percent compared with local sold of 25.06 million tonnes in the comparable period.

According to the report, the overall situation, during 2013-14, showed a growth of 2.52 per cent compared to 2012-13 as total sold increased to 34.273 million tonnes against 33.432 million tonnes.{/reg
