SMGR seeks further expansion

Company financially ready for more acquisitions.

{Reg}PT Semen Gresik Tbk (SMGR ) is currently seeking further expansion, a report from Investasi said.

According to the report, the company previously stated that it is financially prepared to make further acquisitions. The company stated that it has funds worth around Rp 5 trillion.

This year, the company has yet to implement its acquisition of mines, the report said. The company, however, is still seeking to make its production sufficient enough to reach at least 4 million tons per year. {/reg}
