Portuguese cement company Secil plans to set up a new cement plant in Parana, Brazil, reports Aggregates Business. The cement company plans to increase its cement production capacity by 2 million tons per year by the end of 2015.

The cement company has  an existing output of 7.65 million tons and plans to increase its output to 9.65 million tons. The cement company will invest around EUR 130 million in the new project.
