Thirteen Loesche Vertical Roller Mills at Dangote's Cement Plant in Ibese, Nigeria

Dangote ordered five more Loesche Mills for the grinding of cement raw material and clinker for it's project Ibese 3+4 in 2012.

 

 

 

 

After having ordered seven Loesche Vertical Roller Mills for the grinding of cement raw material, coal and clinker for the project Ibese Line 1+2, which are successfull in operation since 2010, Dangote ordered five more Loesche Mills for the grinding of cement raw material and clinker for it's project Ibese 3+4 in 2012. Now they decided again for a Loesche Mill and ordered for it's new project Ibese 7 a LM 63.3+3 cement mill for the grinding of clinker.

Ibese ÔÇô Dangote ordered for it's cement plant in Ibese a Loesche Vertical Roller Mill of the type LM 63.3+3. Materials to be ground will be clinker with components such as gypsum and limestone. This recent order is the 7th big cement mill of the type LM 63.3+3 at the plant in Ibese. The total capacity of all 7 mills will be well over 2000 t/h.

Additionally to the mill Loesche will deliver a hot gas genarotor of the type LF 20 (burner dual-fuel HFO / NG) and the complete mechanical equipment in between mill pre-bins and the product bucket elevator. Also in Loesche's scope of supply are: the complete electrical equipment and automation, the building steel structure as well as the detail engineering of the civil works. The Classifier of the type LDC is of the latest generation and will also be delivered by Loesche.

Commissioning is scheduled end of April 2014.
