If you do not already have a CW Group account, please register.   Various  Chinese cement companies in areas like Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan and Gansu recorded increase in regional cement prices by 0.4 percent or between CNY 10 -20 per ton, reports Sina. In the Guangxi region, the increase in prices of cement varied between CNY 20-CNY 30 per ton. The increased demand of cement is due to improved weather conditions and self-regulation of prices in East, South and Northwest areas of China. On the other hand, in north, northeast and southwest of China cement prices recorded a decline due to weak economic situation and poor demand along with falling prices.
