The latest issue of India Cement & Construction Materials journal is now released. Issue 17 covers the most important story in the industry in past years: the Lafarge ÔÇô Holcim merger. If it materialized, the transaction will fundamentally redraw the global map of the industry and the impact would be seen not only in the cement segment of course, but also in the ready-mix and aggregates segments, as well as in the wider supply-chain.

Furthermore, this issue also introduces two African countries that for decades have had a tensioned relationship: Senegal and Mauritania.

The third feature of this edition of India Cement & Construction Materials presents the methodology of the LCA, in the second part of the ÔÇ£Life Cycle Assessment - A study of the construction industryÔÇØ study that Dr. Pati, former Joint Director at the National Council for Cement and Building Materials, has shared with our magazine.

Also, do not miss the latest updates in cement and energy markets from the CW Research team, as well as the most important news updated from India and around.
