Assisted executive management through workshops and studies to articulate long-term strategic growth options for the corporation, including trade-offs and attractiveness of expansions, new markets and business opportunities, and operational and organizational implications.

Provided a valuation opinion for a distressed cement and concrete manufacturing asset for a consortium of European lenders and banks.
