They are equipped with energy-saving features such as 6 meters PrimeDry Steel Yankees and steam-heated hoods. The stock preparation systems used in the production line utilize Needle Bleached Kraft Pulp (NBKP) and Leaf Bleached Kraft Pulp (LBKP). These systems incorporate FibreSolve FSV pulpers, a pulp screw press, and HC refiners to achieve consistencies ranging from 25 to 30 percent and to ensure excellent fiber properties. Additionally, the production line includes approach flow systems, broke handling, and a comprehensive package of fabrics and rolls (forming fabrics, press felts, roll covers) to optimize dewatering at high speeds.
