India November month-on-month green petcoke imports fall slightly.

According to CW Research analysis, India's imports of uncalcined petcoke slightly exceeded 0.6 million tons in November 2015 with cement companies representing about 55 percent of purchases.

ÔÇ£Domestic petcoke producers are giving huge discounts on bulk orders, which have absorbed some portion of the imported product destined for West Coast customers. Customers on the East Coast, however, still prefer imported petcoke to the domestic product due to logistical advantage," said Sushmita Rai, Sr. Associate Analyst, CW Group.
