Balanced scorecard design and implementation

CW Advisory assisted a client in designing a balanced scorecard and graphical dashboard to improve integrated performance monitoring and continuous improvements of its operations.

The project had CW Advisory team members work closely with the client to conceptualize and design the scorecard for various audiences in the organization. CW Advisory assisted the client in working with its IT department to implement and operationalize the ongoing reporting and develop a management process.
