CW Advisory assisted a lead arranger in providing due diligence on underlying cement manufacturing operations in multiple geographies as a part of a syndicated loan by leading international banks.

The engagement included market and operational risk analysis to understand the strength of the underlying cement and clinker production units. Particular emphasis was given to risk factors and price forecasting in this due diligence engagement.
