Persian Gulf-Arabian Sea FOB prices for cement, clinker contract again in November

In November, FOB prices for prompt deliveries of bulk ordinary Portland cement registered a single digit decrease MoM in the Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea region. Prices for bulk ordinary grade clinker also suffered a single digit contraction during the same month.
