Persian Gulf-Arabian Sea FOB prices for Portland cement and clinker decline further in September

During September, FOB prices for prompt deliveries of bulk ordinary Portland cement registered a single digit decrease MoM in the Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea region. Prices for bulk ordinary grade clinker contracted near the double digits.
